We employ a participatory approach to program evaluation, incorporating client and community knowledge to understand program services and effects, identify key evaluation questions, develop evaluation targets and measures, and interpret findings. Depending on client needs, we design comprehensive evaluation plans that incorporate logic model development and strategies to assess program implementation as well as community outcomes. Evaluation projects include a mixed-methods approach with qualitative and quantitative data collection strategies for comprehensive findings on program functioning and outcomes.
